CloudTop Office’s virtual desktop-hosted QuoteWerks gives users full QuoteWerks functionality and provides the best way to access QuoteWerkss remotely. Allowing your team to work in QuoteWerks with “real-time” data, eliminating the need for synchronization.
Our hosting platforms remote access tools, including Citrix and Parallels RASs, where users are able to access and use QuoteWerks, as well as any additional shared data and companion software, by logging into our servers via the internet. Your QuoteWerks software and database along with any additional hosted applications and data are stored in one central location on our secure servers.
There are no programs to load on your machine, just a small internet plug-in. Once a username and password are created and authenticated then you are directed to a “real-time”, full desktop. From your perspective, QuoteWerks shows up on the system just like any other program. Our hosting platforms also gives you the flexibility to access your QuoteWerks from almost any internet-enabled device such as a PC, Mac, iPad and others. This allows you to have accessibility to your QuoteWerks software more than ever before.
With our hosted platform, QuoteWerks can work with the software where you store your customer information. Most companion software products are supported including Act!, Act! for Web, Autotask, ConnectWise, GoldMine, Maximizer, MS Dynamics CRM, Outlook, Outlook BCM, Salesforce, SalesLogix, SugarCRM and ZOHO for example. This eliminates the need to re-type customer information. However, QuoteWerks also has its own built-in contact database which can be utilized as well.
Our solution works on Windows-based and Mac-based machines. Because there are no complicated setup or system requirements, we can have most users up on the same day.
