As vaccines become more widely available, we are finally beginning to transition back to a normal life. I feel an overwhelming sense of relief by not having the constant fear nagging at the back of my head, wondering if I am potentially putting my father with failing health at risk, or pondering if my spouse will die or become severely altered if he caught Covid because of his frequent respiratory infections in the past.
