Here are instructions on how to take a screenshot of your Quickbooks Help and About Page on your PC. With this you will be able to see your QB Version, license number, product number, and number of users:
- Open your existing Quickbooks program.
- Hit the F2 key. A window will open with your license info.
- Take a screenshot of the license window by pressing the Print Screen Key. (it might be labeled as PrtScn, PrtScrn or simply Print)
(Can’t find it? Look in the upper-right part of your keyboard.) - Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot into the document of your choice
