Simple Instructions to send emails from QuickBooks with an attachment:

Start by opening a Transaction and click Attach File or, open a transaction that has an attachment already.

From this window, select the Email icon. and select “[item] and Attached Files“ from the drop-down menu

Make sure that everything looks correct. Click Send.
