If you are currently using Citrix Remote Services, here are instructions on navigating to your Company File:
Inside of QuickBooks
- Click File
- click “Open or restore company…”
- Select “Open a company file”
- click Next
- Click on This PC in the left-hand panel,
- open your “Q:” drive, and navigate to your Accounting folder
You should be able to see your company file(s)
- Select and click open.
