Yes, you get full-featured QuickBooks Desktop on the cloud, it will be the same application that you have been using on your desktop.
We can have you up and running the same day in most cases. We do ask for a 24-hour turnaround, but we do offer services for emergency situations, please ask – we are happy to help you get back to work.
Yes, there is no limit on the number of devices from which you can access. We simply follow a named user model – every person that accesses Quickbooks will need an account.
Yes. The hosted solution for QuickBooks allows you to access files in multiuser mode, which means all users can work in the same file simultaneously from any location.
Yes, you can keep a copy of your files on your local machine. We also provide nightly backups, ensuring the security of your files.
Yes, we can host and support multiple versions of QuickBooks on the same server, including third-party add-ons and access for Bookeepers. Additional fees apply.
Yes, there is no limit to the amount of company files you have. If you need additional data storage we can add more in increments as needed. Additional Fees apply for storage beyond 2GB per user.
