Our History
CloudTop Office was incorporated in early 2000, beginning with CRM consulting, Act! training, and end‑user training for Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Crystal Reports. We’ve worked with Act! since 1994 and became Act!‑certified in 2000.
From the start, we’ve helped hundreds of small businesses and sales teams adopt Act! to improve productivity, increase sales, and manage pipeline performance. Over time, we expanded into virtual hosting for a range of applications, including Act!, GoldMine, QuoteWerks, QuickBooks, and Sage.
Our Qualifications
Our US‑based team includes professionals with bachelor’s and advanced degrees. We are Zoho Certified Partners, Certified Zoho Consultants, and now Avalara Certified Implementation Experts, specializing in CRM implementation, business process optimization, and AvaTax implementations. We maintain certifications across QuickBooks Enterprise, QuoteWerks, Microsoft (including Microsoft 365/Office), VMware, Parallels RAS, and network security disciplines.
We hold partner agreements with Zoho (Certified Partner Program), Intuit QuickBooks (Authorized Commercial Host), QuoteWerks (Hosting Partner Program), Microsoft (Hosting Provider Program), Act! Meet Our Team
Jon Klubnik
Owner and Founder
Jon is a former NASA engineer and started CloudTop Office in early 2000 after spending 8 years on 38 Space Shuttle flights at NASA’s Mission Control Center. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and master’s degrees in Christian Education and Business Administration (MBA). His background in sales, sales management, and IT gives him a strong blend of technical and business expertise.
Robert Formby
Customer Technical Support and CRM Consulting
Robert is a former Project Manager and has been with CloudTop Office since 2006. A graduate of the University of Houston, he enjoys birding and watching sci-fi. He has traveled to twelve countries, speaks bad Spanish and worse French.
Joshua Honeycutt
Technical Support, Certified Zoho Consultant & Avalara Implementation Expert
Josh is a Customer Technical Support specialist, Certified Zoho Consultant, and Avalara Certified Implementation Expert, formerly with Intuit Data Services, with extensive experience in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and their integrations. He holds an Associate’s degree in Information Technology, a Zoho CRM certification, and Avalara AvaTax Implementation certification, with deep expertise across the Zoho One stack and sales tax automation solutions. In his free time, he enjoys 3D printing, working on his car, spending time in nature, and exploring new cities.
Abbigail Griffith
Accounting Associate
Abbigail is a former CSR of 5 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She plans to further her education with a Master’s degree in child education. She received her SRNA Certificate and license before graduating high school. She loves to travel, paint, spend time with friends and family, and binge watching TV shows. Abbigail has a passion for helping and caring for people.
Stacy Wanjiku

Stacy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and brings a strong background in customer engagement and operations. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and making sure they get the most value from their solutions.
